Arts District sausage hall with exotic grilled links and Belgian craft beer — DTLA's original late-night gathering spot
Wurstkuche opened in the Arts District when it was still mostly warehouses, and the combination of exotic grilled sausages, duck-fat Belgian frites, and a 24-tap craft beer selection made it a foundational institution of DTLA's dining renaissance. The menu runs from bratwurst and Italian pork to alligator, rattlesnake and rabbit, and mango jalapeño links — all grilled over an open flame. The frites are crisp and served with your choice of housemade dipping sauces. Late nights here have started thousands of Arts District stories.
