The Unapologetic Foods team's Punjabi-Pakistani restaurant on Broadway — grilled meats, breads, and a genuine bar scene
Ambassadors Clubhouse comes from the group behind Dhamaka, Semma, and Adda, and it takes on the food of the Punjab and Pakistan — heavily grilled, bread-driven, built for sharing. Lamb chops come off the fire charred and pink inside, the breads are made to order, and the butter chicken is done properly rather than sweetened into submission. The room is styled as a colonial-era club, which is a pointed joke the restaurant is clearly in on. It is louder and more social than its siblings and works well for a group. The bar is a legitimate place to eat rather than a holding pen.
