About Laya

Chef Charbel Hayek, winner of Top Chef Middle East & North Africa, built Laya around Hollywood's largest outdoor patio — 6,500 square feet strung with warm light and full most nights. The menu is modern Middle Eastern at its most ambitious: hummus prepared multiple ways, grilled skewers of wagyu and octopus cooked over charcoal, and a rose soft serve topped with pistachio and cotton candy that ends every meal on the right note. The Infatuation put it among Hollywood's best new restaurants and the lines confirmed the verdict.
